Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
Decoration setups should be booked at least 9 days in advance, and bouquets at least 5 days ahead. Later bookings are often still possible, with an urgency or express fee.
Do you travel outside Brussels?
Yes. Brussels and locations within 15 km are free of charge. Antwerp, Liège, Mons and Lille: +€30. Paris, Amsterdam and Rotterdam: +€50.
Can I customise a package?
Absolutely. Every setup is adapted to your occasion — tell us your colours, theme and personalised details and we will adjust the design with you.
Can you decorate hotels and Airbnbs?
Yes, we regularly style hotel rooms and private rentals. Please make sure the venue allows decorations such as balloons, petals and candles.
Do you provide fresh flowers?
We offer both fresh and artificial roses.
Can I request a specific colour scheme?
Yes — blue, purple, pink, red, white, black and orange are available, and we can match your setup to the colours you choose.
Do you handle setup and removal?
We handle the complete setup. Same-day pack-down and cleaning is available as an option for €50.
How does the deposit work?
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the setup.
What happens if I need to change my date?
A €10 fee applies to date changes or additional services. Deposits and payments already made are non-refundable.
What payment methods can I use?
Payment is accepted by bank transfer or Revolut only. We arrange everything with you directly on WhatsApp and never ask for card details online.
How do gift set purchases work?
Gift sets cost €80 each, paid in full. Message us on WhatsApp and we arrange payment and delivery.
