Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every booking and order placed with Petals Luxe Events.
Bookings
Decoration setups should be booked at least 9 days in advance; bouquets at least 5 days in advance. Late bookings may be accepted with an urgency or express fee.
Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms your reservation. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the setup. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or Revolut only.
Travel
Brussels and locations within 15 km are free of charge. Antwerp, Liège, Mons and Lille: +€30. Paris, Amsterdam and Rotterdam: +€50.
Changes and cancellations
A €10 fee applies to date changes or additional services. Deposits and payments already made are non-refundable. Optional same-day pack-down and cleaning: €50.
Venue and responsibility
You are responsible for making sure the venue allows decorations such as balloons, petals and candles, and for access at the agreed setup time.
