Booking Information

Everything you need to know, clearly and simply.

Decoration bookings
  • Decoration bookings should be made at least 9 days in advance.
  • Bookings made 3–8 days before the event: +€30 urgency fee.
  • Bookings made less than 72 hours before the event: +€50 express fee.
Bouquets
  • Recommended notice: 5 days.
  • 3–4 days: +€10
  • Less than 48 hours: +€20
  • Same day: +€25
Payment
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
  • The remaining balance is due 24 hours before setup.
  • Payment by bank transfer or Revolut only.
Travel
  • Brussels and within 15 km: free
  • Antwerp / Liège / Mons / Lille: +€30
  • Paris / Amsterdam / Rotterdam: +€50
Changes & extras
  • Date changes or additional services: €10 fee
  • Deposits and payments are non-refundable.
  • Same-day pack-down / cleaning: €50
