We use your details only to answer your enquiry, plan and deliver your decoration or order, and contact you about your booking.

We do not sell your data. We only share what is strictly necessary with the venue or delivery service involved in your booking.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed for our bookings and accounting. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data by emailing Petalsluxeevents@gmail.com.
